TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING THE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COSPLAY COMPETITION… THE REGISTRATION IS TO BE ON-SITE. HOWEVER, WE ENTERTAIN PRE-REGISTRATION, BUT THIS DOES NOT ASSURE THE COSPLAYER A SECURE COSPLAY NUMBER/ENTRY.

GUIDELINES FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:
- Pre-registration is only for Individual cosplay category only and must be accomplished accordingly
- Anime Alliance Philippines will be sending a confirmation e-mail if your pre-registration was successful.
- Online Registration does not issue a cosplayer a fixed contestant number for the event.
- This is only a process to give participants a hassle-free entry on the competition
- Please accomplish the following and send to animeallianceph@gmail.com with the subject “HERO 2009-Cosplay” (disregard quotation marks)
o NAME (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial)
o Screen/Stage Name
o Charactered Cosplayed/Portrayed (preferably character full name)
o Series/Title of Anime
o Age (As of November 26)
o Contact Number (preferably both cellphone and landline)
o E-mail Address (used to send this message)
o Mailing Address
o School/Company
o Cosplay Category
